The South 11 feet of Lot 84 and all of Lot 85, FIRST ADDITION TO OAK SHORES, a Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 29 and 29A, of the Public Records of SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida.
