Notice is HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment for Foreclosure, dated July 31, 2012, and entered in Case Number: 12-CC-007740, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and LINDA S. DAYLEY; JOHN SCHAUB; DOROTHY SCHAUB and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, that PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, Florida 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 15, PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASES 3 AND 4, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 7, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Also known as 2113 Flourshire Drive, Brandon, FL 33511.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
