NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-031419 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC., Plaintiff, and, HIGGINBOTHAM, NATALIE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2:00 PM, on the 11th day of September, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 2, and the West 5 feet of Lot 1, of FIVACRES, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 63, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
