NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-015126 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CSMC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-3, is Plaintiff, and MARIA D. FERNANDEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1st day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 6 OF EAST TAMPA SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 103 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
