Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The South 75.00 feet of the North 781.00 feet of the East 152.40 feet of the West 441.40 feet of GOVERNMENT LOT 2, in Section 19, Township 30 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; less the West 2.40 feet thereof for County Road right of way.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
