FARRELL, ET AL the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder and for cash at 2:00 P.M. on the 24th day of October, 2012, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E.
