THOMAS, ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder and for cash at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of September, 2012, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E.
