AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2004RS12 was the Plaintiff and MARK J. CLEMENTS, ET AL the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder and for cash at 2:00 P.M. on the 23rd day of October, 2012, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E.
