AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2004RS12 was the Plaintiff and MARK J. CLEMENTS, ET AL the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder and for cash at 2:00 P.M. on the 23rd day of October, 2012, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
