NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012, entered in Case No. 11-CA-012276 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Elena Gonzalez-Saez; Osiel Saez; Unknown Tenant #1; Bank of America, N.A. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Room 201, George Edgecomb Building, 2d floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 222.49 FEET OF THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING NORTH AND EAST OF RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MILLER ROAD.
