Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, Florida 33602, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 P.M. on the 14th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs, to-wit:
