NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 24, 2012, entered in Case No. 12-CA-005252 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the office of Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cashon the second floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida on the 13th day of September 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain land situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, viz: Lot 57, Block B, SYMMES GROVE SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 93, Pages 67-1 and 67-7 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
