and commonly known as: 6819 REGENTS VILLAGE WAY, APOLLO BEACH, FL 33572; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 12, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
