Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 1, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 79, TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 36, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7224 NORTH BRIDGE BOULEVARD, TAMPA, FL 33615; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 11, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
