NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-018965, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF TERWIN MORTGAGE TRUST, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES TMTS 2003-8HE, is Plaintiff and ANTONIA OCASIO-ESCOBAR; EMELIO PEREZ-DEALTERETE; JACQUELINE PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTONIA OCASIO-ESCOBAR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 13th day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 45, TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
