NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-006712 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005RS9 was the Plaintiff and JULIE ANN GONZALEZ, ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 13, BLOCK 8, GOLFWOOD ESTATES, UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
