NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-015537, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and PEDRO MARTINEZ; MARIA MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GRISELDA ROSALES; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 13th day of September, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, OAKVIEW ESTATES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, AT PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
