NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2012, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-021127 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and William Liberio; Unknown Spouse of William Liberio; Culbreath Key Bayside Condominium Association, Inc.; New Century Mortgage Corporation; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Room 201 / 202, George Edgecomb Building, 2d floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1-217, CULBREATH KAY BAYSIDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14118, PAGE 1940, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
