AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and JAMES R. REED, JR. A/K/A JAMES R. REED A/K/A JAMES REED, JR. A/K/A JAMES REED; CHERISA L. REED A/K/A CHERISA REED; BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on September 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, IN BLOCK 11, OF BRENTWOOD HILLS TRACT B, UNIT 1, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67 ON PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
