NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2012, entered in Case No. 11-CA-013785 DIV C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Damon Smith; Carla Smith; Cedarwood Village Homeowner Association-Phase I, Inc.; Residential Funding Company, LLC; State of Florida; Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Room 201 / 202, George Edgecomb Building, 2d floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11 day of September 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, CEDARWOOD VILLAGE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
