NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-3857-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SAMI II TRUST 2006-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR7, is Plaintiff and DAVID FRANZ JR.; JENNIFER FRANZ; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; BEACON WOODS EAST HOMEOWNERS' ASSN., INC.; BEACON WOODS EAST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A TIMOTHY LEVERETT; JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A KRISTINA EDWARDS- LEVERETT, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1400, OF BEACON WOODS VILLAGE SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGES 31 THROUGH 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
