NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-006397-WS-J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein MARINERS PAC HOLDINGS, LLC is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN F. LUZON, KATHRYN A. LUZON, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a STEVEN J. LUZON, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK, are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 19, 2012 at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in a Summay Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:

THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
