NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-006225-XXXX-WS, DIVISION: J2, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and TRACEY L. COURT; JUAN RODRIGUEZ; PAUL EVANS CONSTRUCTION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 17 day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
