NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-CA-012228WS, DIVISION: J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff, and DANIEL PADILLA; ANA M. RODRIGUEZ-PADILLA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JANE DOE N/K/A MARGARITA MATTHEWS are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 18 day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
