NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-007634WS, DIVISION: J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and ADA RIVEROS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADA RIVEROS N/K/A RENNIE RIVEROS; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. DBA AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; JOHN DOE N/K/A JORGE JOAQUIN-MARTINEZ are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 18th day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
SOUTH 100.00 FEET OF EAST 30.00 FEET OF LOT 15 AND SOUTH 100.00 FEET OF LOT
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
