NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-002386-WS, of the Country Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATURE'S HIDEAWAY PHASES II & III HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC, is Plaintiff, and DIANE CAPUTO AND GRAZIANO A. CAPUTO are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 6, 2012, in an online sale at www/pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 273 of Nature's Hideaway Phase III, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27 on Pages 137 through 140, inclusive of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
