NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001102ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO DBA ACCUBANC MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and Dario Pinzon, A/K/A Dario P. Hoyos; Ana Patricia Palacios; Willow Bend/Pasco Homeowners' Association, Inc. ; Current Tenant(s); and Bank of America, NA;, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, September 13, 2012 the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, WILLOW BEND UNIT C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 144 THROUGH 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
