NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order resetting the foreclosure sale dated August 8, 2012, and entered in Civil Case 51-2008-CA-9701-WS of the Circuit Court in and for PASCO County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA ONLINE AUCTION AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of September, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT TWO HUNDRED FIFTY NINE (259), COLONIAL MANOR, UNIT #5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
