NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002725-WS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and MARK CARLE, ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 7th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
