NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 12, Villa Del Rio - Unit Four, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 43 through 47, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 9352 Zamora Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34655.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on September 21, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
