NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated the 25th of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-008433WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ISPC; MAGDALENA DITTBERNER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAGDALENA DITTBERNER A/K/A MAGDALENA ARROYAVEUNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10th day of September, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco Countys Public Auction website: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit
LOT 10, KIRBY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
