NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002726-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and BRIAN R. GANON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN R. GANON IF ANY; WENDELL T. BRINSON AKA WENDELL T. BRINSON SR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDELL T. BRINSON AKA WENDELL T. BRINSON SR.; IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1957, HOLIDAY LAKES ESTATES UNIT TWENTY ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 28 TO 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
