NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2012, and entered in 51-2011-CA-5560-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and GERMAN WALTER SCHWEIZER; GERSIE SCHWEIZER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JEFFREY DIAZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 5, ASBEL ESTATES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58 PAGES 32 THROUGH 43, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
