NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2012, and entered in 51-2011-CA-005507-XX of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-A, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and BARBARA E. WENTZELL A/K/A BARBARA ELLEN WENTZELL A/K/A BARABARA ELLEN LANZANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA E. WENTZELL A/K/A BARBARA ELLEN WENTZELL A/K/A BARABARA ELLEN LANZANO N/K/A ANTHONY WENTZELL; BARRY A. CHANDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARRY A. CHANDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; WOODVIEW VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, WOOD VIEW AT MEADOWN OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 3, 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
