NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013577-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC11, is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH GUZMAN A/K/A ELIZABETH PAIK GUZMAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH GUZMAN A/K/A ELIZABETH PAIK GUZMAN; HERITAGE PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHERI WINSTON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JENNIFER WINSTON are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on September 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
