NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-4553, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES AND GRANTOR TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and VIVIANE LOIOLA A/K/A VIVIANE R. LOIOLA; JOSE AMADOR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; GLENMUIR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 115 OF GLENMUIR UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 39 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
