NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-023620-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, should be substituted for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc is Plaintiff and TODD M. RAY; JENNIFER L. RAY; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; GRANT STATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58, PLAT OF GRANT STATION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 121-122 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
