NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006283 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Arch Bay Holdings, LLC, Series 2010C, is Plaintiff, and Larry R. Callahan, et al., are Defendants. The Office of Lydia Gardner, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed on the 20 day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, of Kelly Park Hills South Phase 4, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 68, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
