NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 13, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2008-CA-0012182-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on September 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judment, to-wit:
Lot 5 in Block B, of REPLAT OF LAKEWOOD HILLS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book Y, Page 7, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
