NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 10, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2007-CA-018139-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK is the Plaintiff and CAROL FISHER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL FISHER N/K/A JOHN DOE (REFUSED NAME); IONIE FISHER; ROY FISHER; FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION; BELMERE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON MOORE are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 09/13/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
