NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment and Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-1098-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida in and for the County of Orange. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association is Plaintiff. Brooks Interior Design, Inc., a Florida corporation; Angela Brooks, an individual; and Maitland Exchange Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of September, 2012, the following described property pursuant to said Final Judgment and Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Unit 1001, of MAITLAND EXCHANGE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded on November 28, 2006, in Official Records Book 8988, Page 0366, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant to said unit as set forth in the Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
