NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated July 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-39193, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein citibank, n.a. as trustee for certificateholders of bear stearns asset backed securities trust 2007-sd3, asset backed certificates, series 2007-sd3 is the Plaintiff and milagro josefina beaujon de fernandez; universal boulevard proprety owners association, inc.; vista cay at harbor square condominium association, inc.; vista cay at harbor square master association, inc.; carlos alberto fernandez escobar and unknown tenant (s) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on September 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 30109, phase 9, vista cay at harbor square, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, and all it attachments and amendments, as recorded in official records book 8613, page 1168, as amended by amendment to declaration as recorded in official records book 8620, page 3104, as amended by amendment to declaration as recorded in official records book 8669, page 1526, as amended by amendment to declaration as recorded in official records book 8710, page 2513, as re-recorded in official records book 8760, page 2143, of the public records of orange county, florida. together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said declaration of condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
