NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2012, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018442-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-HY8C Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HY8C is the Plaintiff and Vaidmatie Ramasami; Orchard Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 OF ORCHARD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 139 THROUGH 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
