Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 20 lake fischer estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 39, page(s) 104 and 105, of the public records of orange county, florida.
