LOT 3, BLOCK F, TWIN PALM ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 71, OF tHE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PART OR PARCEL THEREOF: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3, PROCEED IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION, ALONG THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN LOTS 3 AND 4, OF SAID BLOCK F, FOR A DISTANCE OF 44 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN EXCEPTED: THENCE PROCEED IN THE SAME DIRECTION, ON THE AFORESAID BOUNDARY LINE, TO THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE INTERSECTION WITH LOT 2, OF SAID BLOCK F; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY, ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 3, FOR A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET; THENCE RUN WESTERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN EXCEPTED, SAID POINT BEING 44 FEET FROM THE AFORESAID SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 3.
has been filed against you and your are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Aldridge Connors, LLP, plaintiff's attorney, at 7000 West Palmetto Park Road, Suite 307, Boca Raton, Florida 33433, within 30 days of the first date of publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
