NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 20, 12 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-004045 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 am on the 19 day of September, 2012 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 2901, in Building No. 29 in VENETIAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium filed on January 19, 2006, recorded under Instrument No. 2006000027321, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
