NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure filed August 20, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CA-050103 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Multibank 2009-1 CRE Venture, LLC is Plaintiff, and D.V.I., INC., DOMINICK IZZO, JACQUELINE IZZO, and R.I.E INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 19 day of November, 2012, the following described property:
Lots 28 and 29, Block 3616, CAPE CORAL UNIT 49, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 145-154, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Property Address: 1316 SW 4th Terrace, Cape Coral, FL 33991.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
