SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and beverly j. swanson, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1784, CAPE CORAL UNIT 45, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 TO 134, INCLUSIVE, IN THE Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
