NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-050787 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and VELMA P. WILLIAMS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 74, Unit 6, FORT MYERS SHORES SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 75-79, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
