NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-056822 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and SHELLY NICHOLSON A/K/A SHELLY A. NICHOLSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, CALUSA WOODS SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereon file and recorded in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida, at Plat Book 35, page 108-111.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
