NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-063285 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL DWORKIN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 35.5 FEET OF LOT 9 AND THE WEST 46.5 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 13, CYPRESS LAKE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 2-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 52 AND 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
